You can start today. We are taking on new students every week.

This comprehensive professional dog training program gives our students the step-by-step tools and direction to become a Certified DTA Dog Trainer. Within a few months most students are ready to start doing paid consults, and at the end of the completed course you will graduate with a certificate in “Owner Education and Dog Communication” from Doggy Dan’s Dog Trainer Academy. Throughout the course there will be a number of online tests, and reports that will need to be submitted and passed in order to gain the certification. The certificate is recognised globally as one of the highest trained courses and you will be able to use your certification on your website and other marketing to show your authority and secure high-paying clients.

You can go at any pace you wish…there is no time pressure, and we will support you all the way to make sure you reach your goals. One of our pillars of success is SUPPORT…we have many ways to help you get through the program. You will only need a few hours per week to make this a reality. Or you can go as fast as you want—some graduates are doing paid consults within a month of starting.

This is designed to fit into your lifestyle, so if your goal is to do it as something on the side, that will work for sure, in fact that’s how we suggest most people get started…it’s a transition and you can decide how many consults you want to do and when you want to do them.

Yes! I’d say that 80% of our students started from scratch…with absolutely zero dog handling experience…no website, no client base at all…(just a passion for dogs!) — This process works even if you’ve never lived with a dog or done any kind of dog training before. That is because we walk you through step-by-step how to ‘become’ a dog trainer. And not just any old trainer, we will work WITH YOU to become a SUCCESSFUL Dog Trainer. The main thing that you will need to complete the course is a device for watching videos such as a computer, laptop or tablet, some headphones, a printer and a mobile phone.

Because we focus on OWNER EDUCATION, rather than physically trying to overpower the dog, anyone can do this…it’s about transferring powerful information to the owners, so if you’re slight of build, that’s perfectly okay.

We appreciate this question. You should thoroughly vet the people you choose to work with… but ultimately this comes down to a couple things. First, does what we’re saying “make sense”?
